At last there are some good looking solutions to timber floors that need to have an Anti-Slip rating. [If you want info on anti slip ratings we have a brief article here.] The question of ANTI -SLIP floors is a big one. For years we have simply used coatings with good traction but now the whole issue of anti-slip surfaces has come to the fore. Some are frankly ugly! Who wants to apply tapes over a surface. Then too what about broadcasting [sprinkling] sand onto the surface of your new floor.... who thinks of these things.. Both OSMO and Bona offer solutions to the questions with coatings appropriately called ANTI SLIP. Clear and reliable finishes. OSMO is getting quite a following with it's two coat approach to flooring so we were delighted to get our hands on 3089 clear coat for internal floors. It has a reduced sheen which is popular these days and looks really good.

Couple of things can ever come close to the strength and warmth that delightfully laid ground surface brings.
